...today was it - and it wasn't fun! Seriously ... I've never had a true headache - never! I had to run out and get some aspirin since we didn't even own any. And since it was the only thing in my head, literally - I even had to blog about it - Well ... there is always a first time...Boo Hoo for headaches... what causes them anyway ?

seriously? first ever. well, i've read that most headaches are caused by dehydration. next headache... drink lotsa water with that aspirin. or advil. or my fave - excedrin tension headache :)
