my Cajun friend

I recently met Richie Huval in Dallas Texas (pictured above)  Richie is a TV producer and editor - although he now lives and works in Texas ... this boy is a true Cajun!  He talks like one, cracks jokes like one .. and most importantly eats like one too. I had my first authentic Cajun meal with him ... thanks bro! The Gator Tails were intense.

Dats' almos right yea.
Boudreaux is like dem common names you got...

Like Frank, you see Frank was that big time Texas Dirt man. He own all dat land an all dat cattle and all dat. But Boudreaux, he own dem two acres.
Frank done said, "Well that's not much land. In Texas it takes me all day just to drive across my land."
Boudreaux put his han on Frank shoulder and told him, "Oh man yea I use to had a truck like dat."

Boudreaux strikes onced again!
Pass a good day for youself.
