Happy Birthday Apple

It is January 24th 2008 .... it is Marcy's (my wife) Birthday's EVE..... (meaning her birthday is on the 25th ... "mañana")

But guess who turns 24 today! Steve Job's very own APPLE

So to celebrate ... WIRED magazine decided to post some of Apple's flops in its 24 year run thus far.... 8 products in total.

Mind you ... the road to the iPhone, the Mac AIR and all their wonderful products was a lonely and painful one for a long time ... always on the edge and always innovative ... but not always successful. It's part of the risk of being the cultural trend setters they are....

Has anyone ever seen or owned any of these products?

I actually went to a school that owned G3 iMac's with that little round mouse. (3rd pic on the bottom) They were terrible! Chances are, if some of these products were to come out today, we'd all probably be going nuts with excitement.

Check out the trailer for a Mac documentary they're making. It's quite freaky. The movie is called "Mac-Heads."

Apple had no failures...just missed opportunities to succeed.

That is all. </brainwash>...
